The build-in default anti-virus scanner is updated by use of the anti-virus scheduler. Per default the anti-virus definition files are updates several time per week. In the anti-virus scheduler one can define the update regime (i.e. the intervals when the Typhon needs to verify for anti-virus definition updates).
