Question:
What is the maximum character length of a login ?
Answer:

Up to 50 characters can be supported. All need to be small caps and may not start with a number. Also special characters such as . ? _ - may not be used in the login name.

What are the allowed characters in a login ?
Answer: Only small caps of the alphabet and numbers are allowed. The login may not start with a number. Also special characters such as . ? _ - & @ may not be used in the login name.

Question:
How long does it take to import users ?
Answer:

Importing about 100 users with 100 mail aliases and 100 groups takes about 7 to 8 minutes. Off course this heavily depends on your hardware specifications (processor speed and internal memory).

Question:
Do I need to apply all other upgrades before applying the latest upgrades ?
Answer:

Since all the Typhon upgrades are cumulative, you don't need to apply the previous upgrades. It's sufficient to apply the latest upgrades as being displayed in the menu Services and Updates.

Question:
With the import tool I can import very easily users, but can it also be used for mass deletion of users and groups ?
Answer:

At this stage the import tool can only be used for easily importing and configuring users and groups. In future versions a users & group management tool will be developed which will allow to delete "en masse" users and groups in order to allow for easy user & group maintenance.
